KidsTown.pk is an online kids store based in Lahore, Pakistan. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
2. Products
- We make every effort to display products accurately, including images and descriptions
- Colors may slightly vary due to screen settings
- Product availability is subject to stock — in rare cases an ordered item may be out of stock, in which case we will contact you immediately
3. Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of all charges
- Prices may change without prior notice
- Promotional prices are valid only for the stated period
4. Orders
- Placing an order on KidsTown.pk is an offer to purchase — we reserve the right to accept or cancel any order
- Order confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp or email
- For COD orders above Rs. 5,000, we may request advance confirmation
5. Payments
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Bank Transfer
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa (coming soon)
6. Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy. KidsTown is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
All returns and refunds are handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on KidsTown.pk including images, text, and logos are our property. You may not copy or reproduce any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
KidsTown.pk is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated terms.
