At KidsTown, we know how excited you are to receive your order. That’s why we work hard to get your products delivered safely and on time every time.
Delivery Timeframe
All orders are delivered within 2–5 working days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Orders below Rs. 3,000 — flat shipping fee of Rs. 250
- Orders Rs. 3,000 and above — FREE delivery anywhere in Pakistan
Our Courier Partner
We ship all orders through Leopard Courier — one of Pakistan’s most reliable courier services with nationwide coverage including all major and minor cities.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or email. You can use this number to track your parcel on the Leopard Courier website.
Important Notes
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays or weather disruptions
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout — incorrect information may cause delays
- Someone should be available to receive the parcel at the given address
- For remote areas, delivery may take an additional 1–2 days
