Your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.

Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or wrong — KidsTown covers the return shipping cost. We will arrange pickup from your address at no charge to you.
  • If you simply changed your mind — a flat return shipping fee of Rs. 300 will be deducted from your refund. This covers the two-way courier cost.

This approach is fair to both sides — we take full responsibility for our mistakes, and we ask customers to share a small cost only when it’s a personal preference change.

Conditions for Return

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact — do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box
  • All accessories, parts, and tags must be included
  • A short video or photo of the issue must be shared at the time of complaint

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Color variations (colors may slightly vary from photos due to screen settings)

How to Request a Return

  2. Share your order number and reason for return
  3. Attach a photo or short video of the item
  4. We will confirm within 24 hours and arrange the rest

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 working days
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
